Hey guys i just made an account on here and i saw a 2007 mazda rx8 touring with 1 owner and, 44k miles on it for 11k, but a little farther away i found a 2010 rx8 with 72k miles for 12k a bit out of my price range but purchasable. which one should i go for? i read the thread on new and potential buyer post but even then i dont know which is a better buy. thanks in advance.

 

Fewer miles is generally better, but it all comes down to engine health. Get a compressiom test or some proof of its condition.

 

Do you like modding the car?

If yes, pick the 07.

If you are fine with mostly OEM stuff, pick the 10.

Get a rotary-specific compression test before purchasing either.

Both are overpriced IMO, especially the 07.

 

Im still wait for the compression test. And i think they are a little overpriced but those 2 are the only ones in good condition and cost less
