2004 mazda rx8 idle jumping and stalls mostly when coming to stop

so my 2004 mazda rx8 threw a ssv vavle stuck on open code last week took it out cleaned it very well put it all back together and now im experienceing system to lean code for some reason and the car sets there and the idle basically jumps from 500-850 rpms and act like it wants to stall. And mostly when u come to like a stop sign or light and put the car in neutral the car just cuts off like no jerks or nun barely even noticed it does until u try to go and nothing happens ive clean maf, cleaned svv, clean throttle body, i got the freeze frame data from the car if thatd help anyone try and help me figure out what it is i can post it im new to the fourms and need help asap please!!!! Also can post a video if needed.

Posting any relevant OBDII data you have would be extremely helpful.

What are your fuel trim values at idle? After you did maintenance did you do the 20 brake stomp and have the car relearn? Is the SSV valve functioning correctly? (To check the SSV refer to the service manual. It's pretty unlikely that it would cause this problem, but might as well make sure the actuator is functioning properly since you worked on it.) Think very hard about everything you touched while working on the car as it is likely related to that given the timing.

Video would be nice.

TLDR:
Do a proper 20-brake stomp and training procedure. If that isn't the issue post any data you have so people can narrow down the cause.

It sounds like the ssv work you did introduced a vacuum leak, causing you to run lean. The freeze frame data from idle should show MAF airflow around 4-5 g/sec and a high STFT if that is the case. I would go over everything you did and look for gaps or loose hoses.

someone had this problem before, when he took off the throttle body to clean, he didnt disconnect the battery, so the car needs to "relearn" it's **** back.

he took it for a hard drive and solved the problem. hope this helps.
