Hi guys, just got myself a RX8 PZ non runner of my mate, just fitted a rebuilt engine and i cant wait to get her on the road.

She seems to be running fine but the exhaust manifold is making an awful rattle. Has anyone else experienced something similar? I've taken it off and i can get the inside to rattle by hitting it with a mallet (stops rattling when you hold the inside plate). Heat shield has been removed so its not that. I'm pretty sure I'm going to need a new one.

Does anyone know if the exhaust manifold is the same on the 192 and the 231 versions? The only nearby breakers have a manifold from a 192.
