Ok I bought a no start rx8 have spark have fuel to the rail new fuel pump wont start. Tried the flooded cure but car is not flooded I dump gas in the throttle body and it runs till gas is gone. Before I got the car it has had the motor replaced and hasn't ran sence be sided putting gas in the throttle body. Any help would be appreciated

 

who did the motor install? did it run after new motor? was it a reman motor, rebuilt or junkyard?

ive seen a lot of no start after motor swaps from getting the fuel injectors connected wrong or not resetting the ess (20 brake stomp)

 

Used jap motor hasn't ran sence swap other than gas in the intake. Tried the 20 stomp tonight after I put a new pump in it. I can get the car to rev up to 6 k until it burn the fuel i put in it.

 

jap motors are a crap shoot. did you install it? i would double check the injectors

 

I did not install unfortunately. I have been looking online for a diagram and cant seam to find a 4 port diagram

 

Is the any sensors that use the same plugs as the injectors? The upper injectors seam to be plugged in right the front one has the yellow tape and the back one is missing the tape but the wires seam to match what I found online. It was to dark to see the bottom ones.
