Renesis engine part out
Hello! I am a new member here, but been around on the rx7club for a few years. See my introductory thread. Since I only deal with rx7's, I have no need for this rx8 engine I acquired from a friend. Its a series one renesis engine that was a remanufactured engine. Upon teardown, I found that it failed due to a chipped apex seal. He ended up getting another complete engine instead of having this one rebuilt.
If I don't have your part listed, just ask. Prices do not include shipping. Local pickup preferred on large/heavy items such as the irons, flywheel, etc. I can ship these heavy items via usps. I am located in Exeter, RI 02822. I am on the border of CT.
What I do not have or is sold
Alternator (still have alternator pulley) Sold!
Rotors and front counter weight (given to friend for use in 4-rotor build
) Sold!
One rotor housing is bad Sold!
Rotor housing- Small set of 2 very small scratches near middle of combustion chamber. Edges around lower area look a little rough. $75 Sold!
Intake Manifold (upper & Lower) Sold!
Throttle Body Sold!
Prices (not including shipping)
E-shaft- looks fine $75
Rear Iron- Flat to the touch, slight scratch between intake and exhaust ports, deeper scratch after lower intake port that "whisks" away. Nitride coating would possibly fill these. $75
Center iron- Very small wear line from corner seal near middle combustion chamber on both sides. Otherwise, good condition. $125
Front iron- Very small wear line from corner seal near middle combustion chamber. Otherwise, good condition. $125
Obviously, by looking at the pictures, I have more engine related parts. I only listed the major parts. Contact me with what you are looking for I'll see if I have it.

Rotor housing is already spoken for. I have 1 renesis rotor housing for home decoration. All other parts are still up for grabs. I'm willing to hear out any reasonable offers, even on parts not listed that I do have.
