Has this hood been clear coated?

 

since i bought the hood i have just waxed it, the pics are def still accurate, i was actually contemplating not selling it anymore but if your serious i may still consider i've gotten use to the look and i like it a lot haha

 

car is in the body shop and needs a hood, yes im serious... haha
