FS: 2004 VR 6-Speed
Unfortunately due to getting engaged and deciding to buy a house I must sell my 8. It is a 2004 Grand Touring with ~48,000 miles. Velocity Red with the two tone Black and Red interior leather. Car is very clean inside and out, and has been taken care of very well. Running Redline Fluids, both were just changed. Borla Cat-Back, Racing Beat Intake w/Ram Air Duct, HID Fog Conversion, LED Parking, Red LED interior lights. Also have headers that are not installed and the factory exhaust to go with it if you wish. Loacated in Montgomery County. Looking to get ~12750. Help a fellow 8 owner buy a house!!!!
EDIT: NEW PRICE $10,200

I'm interested in your car. From searching around on the forum, it looks like you've had the car for about a year. Do you have service records from before that?
I gather that you do your own work on the car. I may not be able to do that, and I wonder if you think that I'll have trouble getting warranty stuff done on a car with these mods on it. I'd love to have the performance improvements that come with mods, but my ability to self-diagnose, or swap back to stock parts, makes me hesitate. I guess the biggest question is, if I ever had engine failure, would I get push-back from Mazda because it's been modded?

I do not believe Intake and Exhaust do anything to void the engine warranty. I do not have service records from before I owned it. I have also performed all oil changes (minus one that I had done at Lube Center) and other work myself. WellThen, I am PM'ing you my cell number in case you want to discuss.
I can re-install the stock exhaust if you want me to......
VaSasha- Unfortunately the dealers are offering a couple grand less.

I'm getting frustrated, I need the female 8 owners to talk some sense into some people. I've had six couples come look at the car the past two weeks and all six fell through because the wife/girlfriend/fiance nixed it. These men need to put their foot down!

Nah, it just makes the most sense. Can't buy a house without selling one of my cars and need my Explorer for work. It was either sell the 8 and buy a house or keep the 8 and keep throwing my money away renting my apartment.
It would be different if I was selling my 8 to buy something different.
Surprisingly, my fiance never brought up selling the 8
