AXXESS Ipod Adapter With Text

[I][I have an axxess ipod adapter that displays TEXT on the radio screen. my radio has a 9.55 firmware on my '04 with navi.

Older ipods: charges and play
newer ipods: only plays, WON'T charge
Itouch: only plays, WON'T charge
iphone: never tested it with it ( i don't own one)

I owned a 2nd gen and a 4th geb nano

for the new ones, you can use this adapter to eneble charging on them

once connected, ipod/itouch screen will lock up and can only be controlled by the radio/steering wheel buttons
