is Oldbridge in/near/ or not even close to englishtown? Because my friends live there and i would love to go the the event with them too. Either way, i think ill go. Do i have to sign up somewhere?

i heard that they are only automatics -- but if that rumor is true then i'll have a smile on my face i'm lookin forward to this. cant wait to see how that mx5 handles

It's not a road course. There are just three or four segments of short course that emahasize on car control. Each segment is about 30-50 secs, very much like autox that I have been promoting to you guys forever. Refer to https://www.rx8club.com/rx-8-discussion-3/mazda-zoom-zoom-live-rev-up-69824/ to get a sense of what the event is about.
