Anybody from the youngtown area... I am going to move there from ny...

 

i know this is a little late to reply...but can I ask why you would move to Y-town? hehe Sorry, I grew up there (but moved to Cincy)

 

i miss youngstown ( the hood) im from New York but i went to youngstown state university for 2 years before transfering. Nice place just dont knock on the wrong door.... First day out there i was looking for a party knocked on the wrong door and almost got shot. Some guy opened the door with a shotgun in his hands and chased me down the street..

 

first thing to do when you get to youngstown get yourself a gun. Everyone and their mother has one. The gun laws in Ohio arent as strick as they are in Ny. Don't step on the wrong dudes toes cause people in youngstown (especially the south side of youngstown) got heavy machinery. I didn't see many imports in youngstown everyone drives old chevy's......

 

hahahah gotta love downtown. I went to YSU for my first year, but I grew up there so i lived off campus. I transferred out to Ohio State.

I lived out in the suburbs though, which wasn't nearly as bad...

The "import scene" in the suburbs was mainly cavaliers....yikes
