This Years MD Fudd Meet

Ok since i decided to come back to 2008 I started it again lol
September 28th 2008 at the Fuddruckers in Columbia (right off dobbin road)
2:00pm is the time ppl usually plan to show up but usually dont go in til 2:45ish but with the expected turn out we will probably be outside longer, so aim for 2:00!

Hell yeah, Jamie(firts-rotary) and I met up with Dan(Im Danomite) and made the 2 hr caravan go by nice till we hit traffic.... and besides, we re all guest its an established 7 meet, so you gotta show and represent...

Well, the 23rd is my birthday so I guess it's my birthday weekend. Either that, or this weekend is. I can have two birthday weekends... because I'm awesome

Some times I go into Bel Air for lunch, I work at the Edgewood CB center,,,, and I wouldnt take my car anywhere else, Keith is the best and Mike hooks me up everytime I walk into Mazda of Bel Air.....

I take my car to Mazda of Bel Air and I'm always very happy with them. Although last Friday I was kind of dissapointed. My check engine light had been on for about 3 weeks and I just figured it was something benign like the gas cap BUT I took a vacation day to take my car in, and of course, as soon as I started it the light dissappeared. I took it in anyway thinking they could pull the code and they would know what it was for next time but the guy told me it had probably already cleared and to not bother. Is that BS or am I wrong? Wouldn't the code be in there for like... a month? I mean, I may only be a girl (with a non-turbocharged Rx-8 ) but I do know some things.

Maybe maybe not, you can never tell with dealerships, its kinda 'gottcha by the *****' mentality. You can either get it fixed, or you can diagnose and fix yourself and if it breaks they're gonna say "well, we told ya so" thats kinda how it is, but with Mike he can admit that you may know more than he does,,,
Keith(rotary tech) is really good and knowledgable, when I was runnning rich and misfiring he printed out a chart that showed me how many times in the last month I had miss fired, around 1,200 times......
But they re usually pretty good.....
