Winning Blue in Dc
I work in downtown DC, and I saw a Winning Blue 8 with nice grill opening treatments. The car was parked right outside of my building at 18th and C.
Does anyone know who this is?

I was in DC chaperoning a field trip and saw a WB 8 in the Capitol Building parking lot. Any ideas who that is? Do we have connections?
