Queens Blvd has a great spot that I got mine done. They do it right there in front of you and do amazing work. Place most Limo's get there's done. Sadly, I forget the name. Hit me on AIM or PM and I can probably show you where one day.

Its on Queens BLVD right before you get to 45th Ave. According to my man G-Maps, the address is approx 7035 Queens BLVD.
Its amazing what a dozen satellites and complete disregard for privacy can do for us.
