Angry Be Wary of Eagle Mazda

I'm sure we are all tired of hearing the tales of bad stealerships but I think you should be informed .

Took my car there to get some of the tsb's (motor mounts, clutch master cylinder) done. I also have a pulling to the left when I brake hard. This was on Monday, I pick up the car and notice a clunk coming from the rear. I thought maybe it was just the suspension settling back down from being on the lift. Tuesday it didn't really do it, Wednesday on my way home from work over some particularly rough road it did it really bad. So I figured that maybe the lugs weren't tightened to spec. Got out my torque wrench and starting torquing the wheels. Got to the drivers rear and noticed something, the caliper was angeled up because one of the bolts was gone. So the clunk was the caliper flapping in the breeze and hitting the inside of the wheel.

So I went down there this morning with my brothers vehicle since no one picks up the phone and talked to the service manager, jim. He told me that they didn't touch the brakes even though on Monday when I talked to him he said they couldn't find anything wrong with it and that the pads were good and the calipers free. Now he's trying to blame it on the fact that I had pads installed a few weeks ago, that it could take a couple of weeks for the bolt to work it's way out. So magically this bolt just decides on the day you work on it to just fall out.....right. So he goes...I have to bring the car down so they can try and match up a bolt because they don't know the exact size of it. Which sorta tells me that the bolt is sitting on the "Master Mazda tech's" bench. What also worries me is that this master tech did the other work but forgets to put a caliper bolt back in. They didn't even offer to send a tow truck, I had to call and set that up. My family has purchased vehicles from this dealer before so it's not like we haven't given them the business. Their customer service gets a big fat .

The best part....I'm not entittled to a loaner because I didn't purchase the vehicle there . But I can get a rental

The only reason my car will go to a dealer is for warranty work, so now I'm at a loss. The only other Mazda dealership around is Mazda 112 and I haven't had the greatest experience their either....they put oil in my fathers washer fluid.

Sorry...in Riverhead, NY.

Just to give you guys an update, the owner of the dealership is refusing to have any work done to my car because I made a fuss about being lied to.
