VA powdercoating

Lord knows if this will work or not, anyone along the eastern side of VA (hampton roads all the way up to Nova or in between) know where I can take my rims to get them powdercoated? I got a sweet deal on rims, but they aren't the color I want, any suggestions would be great. I've contacted a few places I found on Google, to no avail. Thanks for any help.

I remember seeing a thread about the possibility of powder coating weaking some rims. Some guy had one break afterwards. I don't know if it is a real problem or just a fluke but it might be worth an investigation before having it done.

Yeah good call, but it seems the rims I want I can't find in all black. What are the other alternatives?
