The pics from last year didn't show many 8's (or 7's for that matter) so perhaps an email to the organizers is in order.

 

last year there was one 8 and about 3 older 7's there. thats why I trying to get more to go this year. and any question can be posted on our websit www.uconncarclub.com/forum/ we have started a thread you do not need to regester to post just ask what you need and leave some way to get back to you. or IM me and I will bring it up with the guys when I talk to them.

 

I was at this show last year I think? At the time the show was baised more towards domestics than imports. I was involved in a car club and not one of our guys won anything, we had 2 or 3 cars that win something at just about every show. Some of our very nicely done cars were beat out in favor for very clean stock cars (not that there is anything wrong with that, but they judged much differently than most people are used to at your average "Car show" which is based on modifications and quality - then again that was a year or so ago things may have changed.)

I just remember it being a huge scandal and a bunch of people got really upset.

 

that what alot of people have been saying so this year we have redone the whole garding cars to keep every one happy and alot more awards. we just were over whelmed last year which took a bog toll on ratingcars we have fixed it this year.

 

Well, there you go. I'm not planning on entering for awards, but those of you who will may want to do this. I'm looking in the ricer's direction . . .
