Seeking help learning Manual in MA/RI area
Hey guys and gals,
I recently got a sweet lil direct line into a nice lil job that I'd love BUT I need to know how to drive a Manual first. Anyone local wanna help good ol' Clavius out? My mother has a Manual but I think I'd kill myself if she taught me lol, and beyond her I dont know anyone who has a Manual other than some of you guys

It's easy................like I told my kids..............if you touch the shifter, have the clutch in.
That's the basics........as simple as it gets...........after that, it's just practice and should only take you a few minutes to get the hang of it. You know anybody with a motorcycle? That's how I learned many, many moons ago.

Arnt they switching to only having Auto's now
Now that I think of it a majority of the "high end" cars are starting to only offer auto's hmm.. interesting
But from what I am told I could be making a boat load of cash if I get this job. One downside is the commute but meh thinking public transit.
Oh and I sadly dont know anyone atm with a bike

^ Sweet we found a dupe.. erm I mean dude to help me out!!
Thanks Sokim!! I was thinking of calling ya but I know your busy and didnt wanna be asking another favor of ya
There is a parkinglot area near me in Attelboro that is empty most of the time (its HUGE but is never "full!"). If you know of one that is closer to you I'm game for meeting up with ya.

I usualy have Sunday and Mondays off. And on Saturday I get out of work at 4. Those are the best times for me atleast. Sooner the better honestly, dont wish this oportunity pass me by hehe.
Sunday is no good. Mom's gone back to work & has a Sunday shift. Don't need you beating up my clutch and making the baby sick bouncing him around.
Maybe we can figure out somewhere to meet when I get out of work Monday. I'm sure as **** not making my way into Pawtucket during rush hour, but maybe something at the Providence line so I can use some cut through back roads and avoid the highway interchanges.
Can you just get the car from your mom and throw yourself into the fire?
