also talk to your lawyer about filling a dimished value suit i know back when i got in my accident and i thought they weren't gonna total it i was gonna file a dimished value suit for the lost in value from when i brought for what it is now worth, it works in the same aspect as gap insurance, that may help you with the rims, you have to check if you can file that type of suit in your state though, you can in MD

its something about these rx8s when they get hit they get hit hard but the driver always walks away mazda built one hell of a car

and as far as the carfax and reselling issue anyone who knows anything about a car would be able to tell the car had frame damage when they do their walk around, but the car fax is all up to the state the accident occured in certain states have certain regulations and manidates on what must be reported

but i would just take the three rims, make them buy you a brand new set of r3 rims while you continue to search for the missing tenzo that way you have some pretty nice rims to roll around on and then once you get what you want you could always sell them
