looks like i shot myself in the foot here. my schedule got changed and now i have to work saturday now.

 

Majority rules, so looks like I won't get to meet you all. Too bad that Sunday does not work out for most of you, since we will get an extra hour for meet due to DST coming to an end on 30th.

I drove around that parking lot for about an hour and found 2 RX-8's in different places, both empty and alone so I'm guessing they weren't any of yours'.

 

we met up at artillery park was wondering where you were lol same place as last year

sorry guys....i didnt make it......my son and I had a golf date this morning but we got a late start and didnt get off the course in time.....I dont get to spend a lot of time with him anymore (he's all grown up now) so I cherish the time we do have....please post owners names with cars....
I know klegg wanted to be there but he wanted to get some more siding done today....

To those that made it, great meeting you! Hope we can get a bigger turnout next time. I will post pics taken with my daughter's camera (after we finally got it to work...LOL) as soon as she downloads them.

It was a chilly 50 degrees and breezy but at least no precipitation fell to put a damper on our spirits.
We did meet at Artillery Park, see photos.

 

Still doesnt really prove we were at Valley Forge. Maybe we should have been parked among the canons!

Now look at this one closely. The Cannons are in the distant background, top left. Unfortunately, the size limitation causes a lack of sharpness not present in the origina.
Of course, I know these days anyone with some skill with Photoshop could produce a composite of images placing anyone anywhere so the cynics among you will still have some room to moan and groan.

 

And this view is of the only RX-8 in the lot (mine) at 2:15PM showing the cannons up close.

 

At least the few of you got to have a good time. Our last few meets have been small in regards to turnouts...so over the winter the site might have to go through some changes to gain teh interest we had last year. Keep the faith...
