So Hanzo can I show up there in an X-Runner truck? I will try to make it out this week I need the break! Waynesboro was not a fun assignment for the past 4 months so getting out to see some real cars will be fun!

I still have my 7 but i traded the 8 in for the XRunner which is 100% more reliable and pretty close to the same performance as the 8 but in a truck I will swing by with the Xrunner and you can check it out

Not really, but I worry a lot less about every little detail of the vehicle since it is a truck I think the EPA gas mileage is about the same lol, even though it is a 6spd. For a truck it still has a 0-60 in just about 7seconds, with a super charger that Toyota claims will be out soon, it should be a sub 6 second truck.

Alright don't forget, Friday. Lots of other cars will show up just like before, Zs, Subarus, Evos.

Anybody show up earlier? Say for 5:00 cocktail next door? I'd like to meet up but it is difficult being a 'southerner' and having to cross back over the river after dinner.....

People usually show up late not earlier so I don't think so. I'll be there at 7:30 at the earliest.

Well, it's Friday hope to see some RX8 support. :D

It was sad no RX-8s showed up. There were lots of other types of cars showed up however, it was a decent turnout despite of the rain. Thanks Tick for brining the X-Runner AND the RX-7. Here are the pictures:

I really wanted to come but got held up.... plus the fact that it was raining didn't help things either.

How often do you guys hold these things?

Also, unrelated question... anyone know of a bodyshop in the Richmond area that can install a bodykit for me?

Guys, I will try to make it sometime soon- it's just a bit difficult with a small fussy creature attached to you.

But, she DOES fit well in the back of the 8!
And if anyone was curious, here she is in the back of my car:

Didn't realize you had the baby already... Congrats!

Does this mean you've been able to drive the 8 again?

I'm going to see if I can make the next meeting since we need some more RX representation.

RCADAM: it is a pain to travel to the West End sometimes.... i'm wondering how fast it would be to take 288 all the way down in relation to that Starbucks. We could form a southside travel group... hahaha

You have no West-End representation since I sold my 8 unless you can get Chiro to show up Though he may not know about this thread. If Snizzle shows up and I am there at least we will represent 2 generations of the RX

Snizzle..you live South, too?? I think Elara lives somewhere near me..we should have a South Side RX meet!

I work near the *** Starbucks...but usually leave before 6 to get home..so doing another 45 mile rt can be tough w/the family commitments - I'll have to break out of my habits one of these Fridays, I guess!

Yup, i'm in the "south" and it takes me a good 30 minutes (and probably half a tank, haha) to hit West Broad unfortunately.

Southside RX meet all the way!!

Rain or shine people still showed up, that’s what it’s all about. Here are some pics to the hardcore people that showed up.
