Congrats. you need to bring it to the meet to show it off. Did you get a compression test before you bought it?

 

Sure did! Compression is good and so is the boost pattern. Found a clogged pre-cat when testing but had it drilled out so all is well Tried to upload some pics but they are all appx 600kb and it is way over the max picture size. Any suggestions?

Good move, sweet, it looks really good. Yeah those FDs have too many cats and too close to the engine area. It even has an "exhaust temperature" light on the center armrest area. I'm sure the cat is over worked and heat causes it to break down and clogged. Don't try to mod too much of the car, FDs are finicky. And make sure you drive it hard don’t get any carbon build up in the chamber.

Well I guess since this car was in Miami the whole time they never realized the thermostat is stuck. I hardly any heat in the cabin

Damn I remember when our thread was always at the top of this forum! I am still working on my 7 getting it in shape. Do any of you know a shop where I can get my springs changed out or if there are any "do it yourself" style shops so I can change the springs myself? The 7 has RB springs on it which are just way too low and I hate hearing the rear tired rub in the wheel wells any time I hit a bump. Any reliable shop that you would recomend would help a lot. I need to get this car inspected and no one will do it because the car will not clear the lift
