Anyone ever buy a car out of state that had a reconstructed title and then try to register/title it in VA?

Trying to figure out what I am in for. I bought a MR2 MK1 that has a "reconstructed" PA title. It passed PA and VA state inspections and was driven for years in PA before I bought it.

I can't see why VA won't title it but you never know with place. WTF happens if this was my only car and I just moved from PA to VA? Would VA actually not title it and tell me to bad, buy a new car?

Worst part is you can't even title it at the DMV...you have to send it out to, I guess, the DMV HQ in richmond for it to be processed which can take 3 to 5 weeks...
