Post your route to work
Okay, i like the i saw you driving your 8 thread. How bout just a simple post your route to work, and with times, and lets see how many are nearby around the same time...get it? (i.e., see if you cross paths with any other 8s).
Heres mine- (04- Titanium GT with tints and clear corners)
9:30 am leave arlington. Get on 50 E. Cross Roosevelt Bridge into Dc.
Hit Rock Creek pkway north by 9:40 ish. Shoot up pkway all the way to Tilden St, turn right on Connecticut by 9:50.
At work by 10:00- I work just pass Van Ness metro.
I reverse this on the way home btwn 6:30 and 7.

ooh good idea, i'll play.
9:00 leave house in gainesville va
9:10 gets on the hell that is I-66 East
now depending on traffic I either take I-66 all the way to I-495, or I exit at Nutley St exit and hook up Lee Hwy from there.
9:40 gets on Gallows Rd E near Fairfax (either from I-495 or from Lee Hwy described above)
9:50 gets on Columbia Pike E
9:56 gets on Leesburg Pike E
10:00 arrives at Skyline complex in Falls Church VA (where I work)
return trip is basically reverse of morning commute, with A LOT of variations in Fairfax to get around the traffic jam on I-66 W during evening rush hour, usually leaves the office after 6

Not far from Skyline at all....i usually cross Columbia Pike (much 'norther' than you) around 9:35 as I head to route 50 towards DC.

From: 12 o'clock on the Beltway.
Yeah, was going to post but the stalker thing has got me spooked.
<- is that a ghost?
Anyway, I think it is safe to say that in the morning I go counterclockwise on the beltway from Ga Ave. then north on 270. Generally the reverse (depending on traffic) in the evening.

Okay, this is gonna sound a bit creepy, but I also work right by Skyline! From Alexandria, I go up Rt 1, hop over to Telegraph, then work my way over to Seminary Road. I work in Mark Center, right by Skyline.
Of course I've only had my Velocity Red for five days! I switch between the 8 and my 96M Miata. Ah yes, the benefit of being a single guy with a decent job: two sports cars. I like refering to the 8 as my "station wagon." Upon pointing out four seats, my mom called it a "family car." ;P

we might have even talked! o.o I work in Adv. Reg. and I've had to work with some examiner's in the past. Sometimes i'll drive my 8 to work. you'll notice it. It's the only yellow car in the garage. Most regulator's cars aren't so bright. haha
If I'm in a hurry I take 28 from Ashburn to Chantilly, but usually I take all backroads. Every couple of weeks I take out the map and find some new backroads to take to keep it interesting. I won't bore us with the names of the roads I take though, I doubt anyone has heard of them.
