Pennsylvania SCCA Plates
Don't know if this was mentioned before...
Philadelphia Region SCCA has designed license plates . Need to fill up the first 100 to place the initial order. You can pick numbers from what has not been reserved yet (Sorry,, I have 8).
You need to be an SCCA member and the car needs to be registered in PA. Here is a link:

Works for me... Maybe you need to copy it and paste it into your browser bar?
Otherwise, go to www.phillySCCA.com . In the middle/right of the page is the info and link on the license plate program.
