Ok peeps, so we have a Crab feast in Kent Island within a week, it was loosly decided that we would all meet in Columbia becasue its alittle bit closer than WhiteMarsh,,,

It will take just over an hour to get to Kent Island barring heavy traffic,,,
The Meet starts at Noon, Im gonna be bringing one of the steamers, so Id like to get there around noon so we get get people steamed crabs asap,,,,

Is everyone ok with meet at Columbia around 11:00-11:15 the local Columbia guys and gals can decide where exactly to meet....

 

We can meet at the same place we met for the College park meet, at the Columbia Mall behind Macy's I believe. It seems like a nice open area, not a lot of people park there.

One thing to note, is that you may want to allow additional time for OC traffic at the Bay Bridge. Also don't forget the bridge is $2.50 toll, only one way tho so you don't have to pay it again on your way back accross the bridge.

 

it is $2.50 per car... check tolls today. all toll went up in md for anything more then 2 axles. but yes if you in a car $2.50, and you can always call 1800 bayspan for traffic updates..

there is only 1 toll on route 50 to kent island. and its the bay bridge. its $2.50.

there is no toll on the way back.

my grandmother lives there.

if you are coming from above baltimore, there may be other tolls for you.

 

I live on KI, and the only toll on da bridge is going East bound and you are right, it is $2.50. I think the tolls he was referencing too are the ones after we meet up on our way up to PA

 

do you go to the meets under the kent narrows bridge?
