hey guys made it to Long island last night. going to be there around 11am, just trying to find out if this is still a go or are me and the wife going to hang out in the park by ourselves for a while. If still going, I don; t have a grill but I will bring like some drinks and something to much on. anybody else still going to be there. It is tomorrow!!!!!

 

Okay guys heres the deal. Those who are coming to the meets since last year know that we work on a POT LUCK type of BBQ. Were not saying you have to spend $100 but bring a few items to share with the whole Rotary Family.

I just got back from BJs and spent $100 on the following items i will be bringing.

Quarter Pounder Burgers
Hamburger Bread
Best's Hotdogs
HotDog buns
Coca Cola
Sunkist
Pepsi
Dr Pepper
Paper Plates
Bounty Napkins
Plastic Cups
Ketchup
Grill Spatula

As you can see there is NO WATER or JUICE. For those of you that dont drink soda feel free to bring big jugs of water and juice, as i will be supplying the cups. If you are a vegetarian please not no VEGGIE burgers sorry.

ITEMS NEEDED, A little bit counts.

Charcoal
Spare Grills (Me, Anthony...)
Water
Juices
Chips
Cookie
Cakes
Mustard
Cheese
Pickles

Snack stuff. The BBQ will begin at 11am, so food will begin being served around 1230pm.

i got a grill but its a propane grill so i guess i gotta go buy a lil propane tank. i got 2 boxes of sprite and coke cans, should i still bring them or is there already enough? and im about to go buy some franks n burgers and anythin else that i can afford (im on a tight budget). i hope its warm out tomorrow!!
