Lets do a meet while it's still nice out. I really want to meet some 8 owners and I don't see anybody setting one up.

I'm thinking something around Tyson's area in a couple weeks. McCormick's near there has 1/2 food after 9:30. So maybe start meeting around 8 and then go for food there?

Just an idea. Let me know what you all think.

If I'm in town, I'm up for a meet. I live just a couple of miles from Tyson's. Had my 8 for a year, have really enjoyed this site, and am keen to meet more owners in the flesh.

Yeah, that's McCormick and Schmick. I'm sure you can get valet parking if you want, but I like to park in the garage which is free after a certain hour.

I believe after 9:30 or so they have 1/2 priced food. you can get a burger with fries for about $3. They have whole menu just for the "happy hour" or whatever they call it there.

hah, that's funny, I just moved from Fairfax to Falls Church. I live on route 7 between 495 and 66. Near Trader Joe's.

I just got info on the McCormick and Schmitt (sp?) deal. It's only Mon-Thurs after 9:30. I think that would be a bit too hard for most to do, so we need to find a new venue.

Any ideas?
