i'm up for it- i'm new to the scene here, but been in nova for a couple years. trying to build up a few contacts in this area, so i'll keep an eye on the thread.

Or on April 16th you guys can convoy down to Richmond. That's where the rest Mazda's in Virginia will be. Check out the VA. Regional threads. Central Virginia Mazda Club thread if interested, was big last year, will be bigger this year.

 

I am down for the 16th. Anyone want to set up a spot in NOVA to meet up to convoy down?

 

I'm actually planning on going to the meet on the 16th as well, just a heads up.

 

I'll be there as well- anybody (with more experience than me) got a "usual" or good place to meet up to caravan down?

 

every friday there is car thing at the chik-fil-a parking lot near the dulles town center.

 

For the convoy meetup spot I'd propose Woodbridge since it is pretty far south (everyone coming from NOVA will be passing anyways) and right next to 95. There used to be a meetup in the Dick's parking lot which is plenty large for a small meetup before hand. Any objections?

Too bad I missed checking the forum a couple days back...I live really close to the MCSW meet; glad you pointed it out, though. I'll be watching for their next.

As to the 16th, I'm good for meeting at the Dick's in Woodbridge- what time does everybody want to roll out? I'm not positive of exactly where the meet is in Richmond, so if anybody has that info, I'm all ears.

Thanks to all who posted here; I knew there had to be some others in the forums- and it looks like I'm not the only one hoping to get together a group of regulars.

Also, (promise, last thing) anybody from NOVA planning to go to DGRR'11? I'm thinking about going (as before, new...but want to see it), but wanted to see how many (if any) are going.

 

I'm considering going, on the fence. Waiting to find out if my friend's going with me.

Won't be there tonight, but I'm still good for meeting up before heading to Richmond tmw. If anybody else's still in, we can meet (10, Dick's in Woodbridge work...?) before heading down.

If I don't see anything by 9-ish tmw morning, I'll head down on my own and hopefully see you there!
