Yeah, okay. Chances are slim, but it's an idea?

I think that a rotor slopes day would be great however I would probally use my JEEP to go threre. my Pandora(RX-8) HATES the snow. Oh well maybe I can fit my KJ JEEP with a rotary engine. Anybody have a 20b they want to trade for a inline 6 with 160,000 miles on it? Just broken in and ready for use.

I'm up at Mt Snow and Okemo when in Vermont. Uncle has a cabin close to Okemo and it's pretty swanky so I don't mind the long drive. I have yet to try the drive the 8 up there though...
Otherwise I'm at Hunter and Mt Creek.
Any remommendation for places just 2 hours outta Queens?
Oh and I'm riding a Burton Balance 157.5 with Bent Metal Bindings. I've had the Bent Metals for 7 years and still swear by them. I've been teaching my wife to snowboard too so I hope she can cut it up this season.
I'm transporting my gear on my Yakima roof rack. I couldn't live without my rack - I love Mountain biking and snowboarding too much!

Mmmm....snowboarding. Im heading up to Killington also, but on 12/15 - 12/17 *drool* Drove the 8 last time to Hunter, Windham (dun like it that much) and Mt. Creek.
416, don't think there are any good mts. that are 2 hrs from Queens. The ones that I looked had like 5 lifts, lol. Good ones are always 3-4 hrs *sigh*.
My board is an M3 Discord 153, drake matrix bindings and 32 lashed boot, mmmmm.....
Since im lazy to remove the bindings, I have to open the compartment in the backseat and slide it in from my side leaving only one seat available for someone to sit, lol.

llzjayarzll: This is is my Yakima configured for bikes...
The feet of the towers are soft silicon so they scratch. I suspect that on a darker car you could see a few marks though. If you are very **** about your car then I would suggest keepin anything off your paint! The clips should also be wrapped in vinyl tape so they don't damage your door frames. All in all I like the roof rack a lot more than trunk mounted systems.
Oh and add my name plus one (my wife) to the list of would-be riders!
