I'm on Staten Island. I was the first to order an 8 from Anguilli. They were astounded when I went there in January, the day after Mazda posted their pre-order website.

They hadn't even seen the new site yet.

Ordered a 6speedl, winning blue, grand touring package before any of the new options were listed.

Am I to believe there is no spare tire!

thats cool Joan yeah there is no spare tire i will be gettin one cause the roads in NY are terrible.
Anguili only has a few cars pre-sold so i am gettin first dibs on the first Ti Auto with GT pkg they get with the Aero kit rear spoiler with all the Ext Rotary Accents and the Polished wheels and the strakes.

It sounds like you are going all out! The Ti with the aerokit is one of the sharpest looking combinations I've seen. I suspect you be showing it off at Chevy's.

I was told if I didn't like the winning blue I could re-order, but from all the pictures I've seen so far, I think it looks beautiful.

As far as all the options, I'm trying to keep the cost down, but I didn't realize there is no spare. What do you get, a can of goop?


I'm thinking of spoiler though. I can get that at anytime right?:D

 

basically goop... only to seal the tires instead of clean your hands ... really, tire inflator/seal - the temp kind to help you hopefully make it to civilization again!

 

I am also from Staten Island, Great Kills area, I didn't order one yet - still haven't made up my mind :o

I was curious about the auto version - let me know how it is when it arrives
