New York Area Dyno Day - Saturday, June 28th
We are scheduled for SATURDAY JUNE 28TH around 11AM. Please confirm that this works for you.
I don't know if any of the Jersey or CT guys are interested as well, but they are more than welcome to join...
***Updated AGAIN*** After a number of phone calls, there was a lot of mis-information going around....price is a flat rate of $75/car, regardless of how many ppl show up. Yeah its 20 bucks more than I was first told, but unless you want to hear the whole damn story, just deal with it...

I used to live around the block from them (atlantic point in bellport)... enzo also uses thier dyno. see if he'll come down.
getting there is simple.. its right off of rt 101 (turn after stop n shop) right if coming from sunrise........ left if coming from expressway.
Spicy's Ribs is also downt he street.. best chicken and ribs ever!

The website says they are closed on Sundays....but maybe that just means the storefront, and they will do dyno sessions. I will call them tomrrow to ask about this stuff, but are Saturdays definitely bad for you?

Sweet, I'll put you down. I'm conservatively estimating that each car could be hooked up, do 2-3 runs, and be taken down in 40 minutes.
They say $125 for the first hour, $75/hour after that...soooo, for example:
2 hours: $200, divided by 3 cars = ~$65
3 hours: $275
4 hours: $350, divided by 6 cars = ~$60
5 hours: $425
6 hours: $500, divided by 9 cars = ~$55
The more cars, the cheaper it is. Bring your friends!

I dont think they go by how many hours. I think you just ask them for a "dyno day" and they would set it up for $50 BUT you will need 10+ cars.
I think thats how Dyno Days are setup, not really by how many hours you use it for.
I could be wrong.

So NRG said they need a minimum of 10 cars. I'm sure we could find a few more people, but a couple people on the list here already said they are on the fence due to scheduling. Also, they are closed that weekend June 28th. We could do it another time, of course, but i think July 4th weekend a lot of people may be busy.
So, I think we'll stick with NoLimit on June 28th. I know it's 25 bucks more, but they were OK with us showing up with only 7-8 cars, which is what we have right now, and they had no problem scheduling us in on that Saturday. I had to make an executive decision here... Luca, I hope you can still make it.
Please let me know if anyone who signed up will NOT be coming due to scheduling or price or anything else.....thanks.

tell them that its ok as long as you get enzo to come. becasue he does do tunes.. if hes there.. he may give us a deal with tuning... whatnots...
