We will have to hook up with you all next time you get together. We have an 06 Velocity Red with some tasteful mods. We live in Elizabethtown, 6 miles from Hershey. Lots of fun roads and great places to eat around here. Went out to Mid Ohio last month in the 8 for the Rolex Grand Am race. What a blast!! A must do for any RX8 fan. Up one case of Molson after Monday night. Go Habs Go

I live in altoona, pa... I see a lot of 8's around here... I can't seem to get anyone to stop so I can introduce myself I'd really like to arrange a meet and get you guys and some of the local Guys together that would be awesome!!! My 8 will be getting a make over really soon as well ... I have a yellow 04 ... I seen pics of the orange and black 8 on here and car domain ... In stealing the scheme Im going for the Bugatti veyron look ... With black and yellow wheels... Didn't know it I should stick to the black and yellow or concider another yellow and "sOmething" combination.... Really like to hear from you guys ... Is there a "seen you" thread?

 

Get a bodykit before repainting your car, it'll be worth it so much more in the end if you're going for that type of look Black and yellow is a good look though, my 8 is red and I'm going with a red & black look.

And I think there are a couple of "seen you" threads, not sure about for PA though. We definitely need to get some meets going.. I have like a month and a half before I get my license back and I can't wait to get cruisin' again

 

My inner stalker usually comes out when I see another 8 in the area as long as they arent going the complete opposite direction. I usually use the follow and wave like an idiot technique to try and get them to stop but I almost never have any luck. It may be the approach haha.

 

If I do get a body Kit it will be a future endeavor.. Im pulling the trigger on the paint now because I have to take my 8 in for some insurance bodywork.. The shop is giving me a hell of a deal on painting the wheels and the car. The bonus is that the insurance will be paying for some of it =P "win win" situation


Lol thats funny I always have that thought in my head but I dont want the other drivers to think im crazy.... lol They Might think Im trying tto steal parts off there car or something ha ha ha

 

I'm pretty sure thats why they dont stop. but I'm not sure what another effective way of getting their attention is haha.
