Picked it up last Monday. Took Greyhound out to Ohio and drove it back 600 miles. Took a risk on being disappointed but nothing came of it, I had "kellybrf" from the MW forum go check out the car for me, THANKS ALOT!.

It's an 05 GT that had 19,500 miles at the time of purchase. I love it. Mods will remain minimal for the time being. All I have done to it is install the DICE iPod kit, some led parkights and I have a stock spoiler to put on it. I'm holding off on tints until I get it registered, which I can't because I gotta wait for the documentation to come in from Ohio.

the ride back was amazing, cruised the entire way, great roads. 2 tanks got me back, I averaged ~270 miles a tank....

in the city though, the fuel economy has been terrible.. something like 15-18mpg?

i'm going to be checking for fouled plugs and dropping in a K&N filter to try to remedy the situation.

especially in winter 200 is what i generally get. summer gas is better and i get a little more then.

Yeah highway you get about that much to a full tank. City driving you will notice the needle drop by the minute, lol. It is what it is thats why try my hardest to keep it as a "weekend wariior", lol...the other 5 days a week I ride the trusty MTA (sighs and laughs lol) # 7 train, lol.

We do weekly Tuesday night meets in E. Rutherford, not far from Giants stadium if you ever want to head out and meet some of the local guys. We get decent showings of about 7-12 8's at a given time.
