Im putting up a batman sign up i really need help with my rx8 if anyone is willing to come out and figure whats wrong with it i bought it took it to the mechanic he says car runs great but had engine code P0 443 and also kept shutting off after 20 minutes and turned back up after 40 minutes they charged me in all 3 purge valves $500 now my car is still shutting off he said it might have an air leak maybe somewhere im like but wait ✋ your the Auto technician your the one thats supposed to know ? I took my car parked it in a lot and trying to narrow down with the club here so was wondering if theres anyone out here that can come out and help compression tested and we can figure out if i need anything for the car im covering a few things like spark plugs wires coils xcetera just want to get this baby out on the road maybe someone out here can help me thank you inbox me if anything

 

Stalling at warm idle and not wanting to restart until it's cooled down are classic signs of low compression.
Take the car to a Mazda dealer and have them perform a rotary compression test on it. Your indie mechanic probably doesn't have the tools to do this (no, you can't just use the same tools as a piston engine compression test).
