Need help in middle NY..

Well my agency power pulley came in the mail the other day, and I'm pretty good about installing very basic things onto my car (intakes, oil changes, general stuff you should know)... but I don't own a torque wrench nor would I want to mess up anything by installing my pulley incorrectly. So here is the thing, the best shop around here refuses to work on my car because it's (not worth their time). Mazda is cool with me installing it, but they won't install it for me. The two other places I've been to have all said it would take them about 3-4 hours, which I know is BS since I read on the install D.I.Y. it takes an hour at the most. I don't feel like paying THAT much money to get the pulley installed. Basically, what I'm wondering if there is anyone within like 2 hours or so of Albany, NY that would be willing to help me install this pulley that has expirience? I'll definitely pay pretty decent for something I know most people can do fairly easily, and I'd even drive out to where you are at your convenience... I'm just sick of looking at this thing in the box =_= Thanks guys.
