so lets say i theoretically got a shop a few blocks away from UMDNJ in newark. Thoughts? is it a bad idea? price wise vs space its an awesome deal. corner lot, front of the building is on a well lit road BUT the side of the building, well... theres some "projects" apartments....... thoughts? asking 120k for 4000sq ft- will need some work, like redo the bathroom, clean, paint...





or this place (im going to see it tomorrow) out in the ******* boonies........ Washington, NJ commercial building grandfathered into a residential area....... literally at the boarder of NJ/PA wayyyy west.... asking 149k for 2500ish sq ft, from pics its move in ready (but ive been lied to by pics before) more pics http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/7-...30986912_zpid/

meh, that was a feasible if i could live there with my sis... the apt is REALLY small and i think it would be better to separate workspace from living space. so im looking to workshops by itself
