dang. i hear you mang. i dont know, never been to the carlisi after it was moved from gordons, but it seems very track oriented since majority of the people going are tracking their car.. may still be a good time, but it doesnt seem as laid back as it was when it was at gordons, which made it my favorite meet, really got to know some really good rotary owners-- its where i met my good friends from canada.

hahah yeah its a joke. but its semi serious. the rotary community has gone down hill since you left... its all segmented into little clans and posses with beef with one another. its pretty lame.

^ lol you make it sound like i caused the good old rotary meets to go away.. but yeah that sounds pretty bad.. anyway it will be a nice break from my usual weekends and my bro and me get to hang out too which is not that often.. i saw a bunch of guys are coming from across the country for this meet so seems promising, but dunno if the guys from canada will be making the drive again.. i won't be tracking the car because i wouldn't want to put too much stress on it after hibernating for so long and can't justify helmets for a 1-day thing for me.. anyway i should keep myself busy snapping pics- will bring a telephoto and normal lens along.. since it's not at gordon's cozy place anymore, guess we'll have to bring along beach chairs, hats, and shades too!

we're expecting a boy in october.. still finalizing on the name.. already have a designated nursery area, a stroller, and baby seat (going to try if it fits the 8) thanks benny and dave
