MM has a mixed history of relationships with his customers. Half had a good experience where they got everything they requested in a reasonable amout of time while the other half had a terrible experience with him, waiting months, years, or never getting what they requested. Personally I had a good experience with him. To this day, I think he is still the best person to tune the rx8 with the access port because of how many he has tuned. He knows the rx8 better than most tuners.

Since he was banned from the forums, I can't say how well his business is doing. So it's really up to you if you want to do business with him.

Also that he got banned because there were a few memeber of this club that paid over $5grand turbos and he never sent them out and they waited over a year and stuff like that.

But i heard good things about the accessport but just wanted the opinion from you guys.

 

MM was going through a difficult time personally and financially at that time. This is an explanation of what happened. I don't condone his actions.
He is also difficult to get in contact with, even when you have some sort of business dealings with him. It has to be on his terms. If you aren't working with him financially, it is virtually impossible to get a reply. He does post to other rotary/automotive forums.
