They are going to take a while to be cleaned... Not 100% sure if ill have them installed tomorrow..

They have rust on the threaded bodies and the dust boots are all broken and i need new bushings from stance, and i need spanner wrenches from stance as well lol.

 

Ahh I didn't know they were in that shape.. But you obviously thought it was worth buying so thats good. I cant drop my car till the winter here is over.. Which is going to take so long. makes me sad. Its so sad that I look forward to spending more money on the 8.. T_T

 

my car mod money has officially dried up lol.

They are okay.. Hopefully stance will hook me up and send me new bushings for free and i can go to autozone or whatever and get whatever dustboots.

im borrowing spanner wrenches from my friend so we will see what happens.

Worst case scenario is i prep the car to install the coilovers by taking the bilsteins out, then adjust and pop them in.

2nd time around should yield faster results, first time doing the rears though, and the DIY for doing the rears is unavailable as the website got taken down...

well i just figured id throw this out there, if anyones interested the international motorcycle show is coming to the javits center this weekend and me and the misses and a buddy of mine are going on saturday if anyone wants to come

its always a good time, hanging out checkin out n sitting on the new bikes from all the companies, plus they have give aways and their supposed to have some of the moto gp bikes there as well as some umbrella girls and a stunt show and what not

tickets are cheap so overall its a nice cheap thing to do

show starts at 9 am till 9 pm saturday but we usually try and get there by 10, pregame at the station and walkover, chill for a few hours then go grab some food n beers after

It seems like a good deal. My main concern is that I dont have the plastic front lip.. Think it will be an issue? the front lip costs a fortune. Are there alternatives for that lip?

be cautious, Scott runs that company... you know that Scott that stole thousands of dollars of peoples money and left them unable to get it back since his old company filed for bankruptcy.

He was banned from the forums and is the reason why he is not a vendor on the forum with his new company.

Recently he has been trying to get his rep back up by telling people to submit "good guy" threads on him... i dont play around with my money and i dont trust him.
