most places are saying 2weeks on the rebuild. And since its a "Aspec tuning" custom turbo all other re-builder's don't want to touch it.
Im in the middle of getting the same turbo new... or just buying a different turbo that's more common in case I have this problem again.

last I talked to my cousin in MD he works for garrett

I have a 10am tune so I have to baby the car out there
may be on road about same time, we are going in 2 cars just incase.
car should be tuned by 12-1pm
ask dave about evans tunning if he knows the shop maybe they are close.
evans is doing alot of rotary tunes now a day.
hope you pick her up, its been a while since Ive seen cool8 !

Right now I weighing all my options
Still not too sure,
I actually got a GREAT call from my cousin anthony today..... all the buses from his job are switching to Garrett turbos.... And when the rep came in today, anthony told him about my situation and he agreed to help.... and possibly rebuild it.
Honestly i think i would get more money selling it on the forum and then buying a new one from Aspec.
But at this point its been 4 days of me trying to get a hold of them. They PM, Then I call.... then he says check your PM.... so I reply in PM... Then he says call me.... lol...
A lot of wasted time with nothing getting accomplished. I even got howard coleman helping me out..
It is two Garrett pieces mated together but since It doesn't actually come like that from Garrett, alot of shops are scared to touch it....
I call bullshit...
Only place thats willing is BNR. and his prices isnt too bad ($550 + shipping) but A new one is sOoo cheap its easier and faster to do that.

yea i agree...its not like a-specs the first company to change wheels and housings or anything

Speak to Rich. I believe they had a customer that wanted a complete kit from aspec but they backed out. I was actually going to pick it up but passed. Maybe you can ****** some stuff up?

Hi guys i need some help i just bouth a new set of wheels and what i would like to know is wgat tires may i used wheels size are front 18-8.5 and rear are 18-9.5 offset f+r is 35. Please help me out. Last week i bougth set of tires but they are 225 45 18 and 245 40 18 but people say that they dont going to fix in the weels.
