Although the 8 obviously did not want to start this morning...
Of course but i said at these times of the year. Like this morning when i went to work, it was like 11 degrees with a wind chill of -5 degrees. Why would you wanna take your toy out in that?
Its much more convenient, easy, and less stressful to just take out the DD. If something happens to it, its not much a big deal because its your DD, who cares.
Idk, thats my perspective on the situation. Im not saying what you should do with your cars, its your cars, do what you want but just because i see you bash on 7 owners on alot of threads, even on 7club too.
Most of the 7 owners dont bring their 7s out because we dont want to, we have other cars to drive. Most of the time their down. If our cars are relatively newer like the 8's, it wouldnt be much of a problem but as we all can see, the 8s are getting there in age and problems. And theres enough threads and proof on this forum and the net to back me up on that.
But im not posting to start a 7 vs 8 war. Its just to clear some things up about 7 owners and their cars. My FD runs perfectly fine, it comes out on really nice days. I have a DD that i use for whatever mother nature throws at me, its what a DD is for.
