Its cast Aluminum (I think) .... so welding is gonna be **** hard (heat/ cool process, etc) .... also the crack happened due to the warp I think.... to fix the warp you would have to machine the flange ... i called greddy, a mani replacement costs $150. I think I am going to go for that

 

If you are getting so many gauges, can I recommend the PLX ones? You can display 4 at once and move reading from one gauge to another with a controller. It's pretty pimp. You can make your own backgrounds and have a graph view and all that crap.

I'm not sure if I can make the bbq . I have to many things going on . I'm out for bear mountain as well.

 

Wow that is a cheap price for the manifold they usually sell for much more here for whatever reason. I would replace mind for that price too but i would need a custom flange. Cast is hard to weld but possible there is a long thread about it.

Its definitely the **** and climate control issue i went to the menu by pressing the scan up and power button and when i turn my **** its at 0 no matter what pretty much if i jiggle it and push it blips to 14 goes hot then comes back i need a new one of to solder the messed up connection.
