yeaup its pretty simple. loosen the lock nut on the accessory and then use the adjustment nut to loosen or tighten the belt.

Dennis glad your ok man cars can be fixed or replaced (im sure people saying that gets old) that was right at your door i would have had a heart attack. It seems like weird car luck is happening i think its because abdul and benny now have running white rx 7's just my theory lol. Your car will be back to its former glory soon enough.
