I have bandages on 3 fingers of my right hand (and scratched the other two 
) while changing my oil this Saturday, oil wrench cap got loose while I was twisting it in the wrong direction 
and my hands hit something else. It was my first oil change experience, but despite the injury, pretty proud of my accomplishment

It gets easier as you go... How did you lift the car? I know you're planning to do trans and diff fluids and for those it's pretty important the car is level (so you put the right amount in)Chris - thanks for the tip on Tony's muffler place.. They did a great job and I now have good as new rotors and fresh pads.. world of difference.

Thanks! I used the car's scissor jack and put it on a jack stand.. For the tranny/diff fluid swap, I'll either use the jack stands in the middle of the car (is it balanced at these points?), or another option is to get a set of ramps, which I'll probably do if the new driveway is slightly inclined Not in a rush to do it as there's still some breaking-in left.

what up fellas im not in an 8 yet but im working on it....deal went bust over $2k...keep ya'll posted. If it doenst happen this month no biggie i got a few more months before idecide to jsut keep the TC and pay it off...but wish me luck to get out of the TC,lol.

Good luck! Make sure to check out Wayne Mazda.. I remember they were selling an '07 Sport MT for $5000 off (I think) some time ago They may still have it, or they've got new ones. Funny thing was, I was at there for servicing and was flicking through the newspaper where they had a full page ad with that particular 8.. listed as having a V6 engine!!!!
