that's what i thought too when the first time i got my first turbo, greddy, but when you get different set up, external wastegate, you realize that the greddy turbo is small...especially when you compare it to rx7 turbo...LOL.....
dennis, i think i should keep driving my beater because people start getting turbo for their RX8...now there are a lot of RX8 turbo in NJ ....
i think i will just go back to stock..........so when they all blow their engine and they go back to stock, i will reinstall my turbo again....LOL...
what do you think?

... i will go to KDR to drop off all my stuff for my new engine, and i am planning to do changing my spring pressure for my wastegate, checking my tunning, and probably dyno.
i would like to go there on saturday, April 3rd, so Anybody or whoever wants to join me to make it as tunnig and dyno day, let me know, may be we can set it up and let dave know .....

LOL I don't want my car to get dirty either, but I think I'd rather get it dirty than have it flooded, in which case it did for the snow storm. (Crying) Anyways If I can de-flood the 8 I hope to meet you all soon. On the tuesday meets I beleive.
I think I want to have my greddy manifold ceramic coated....and want to spray my intercooler piping.......Then I have to figure out will I be installign this kit myself or should I just have somebody do it and if so who..always decisions....

why do you have to change the boost spring on the wastegate if you have a booost controller? what is your spring pressure now?steven
yea ... I think I was just putting the nozzle too far in .... hasn't happened again yet.
they cleaned the roads pretty well ... I don't thank you'll get too dirty.
Someone door dinged my car in the parking lot last night
If anyone wants some powder coating done I found a place in pearl river Nj perfection powder coating......unfortunately they dont do ceramic coating and i think the manifold gets to hot for powder coating.

As for the door ding it will be the first of many....
If that was me with a door ding, I would called the insurance and told them my car was totaled
the wastegate spring cost only $35 shipped, which i just bought. my base boost now will be 7 psi, same as you ....then i will go to 9 psi and 11 psi...LOL......

i think staggered really depends on how staggered you go and how much power you make
a half inch difference really shouldnt affect handling from front to back, and a car putting out 350+ hp is definetly going to need more traction in the drive wheels compared to the other 2
but alot of people struggle because there staggered with heavy rims, the more rotational mass, the harder your engine has to work to rotate the wheels, the more weight gets thrown into a corner
but im just guessing lol
