Wayne mazda kinda yanked me I was going to purchase an MS3 from them originally they went back on their word after I left a deposit and had the paperwork then they were refusing to give me my deposit because one of their sales reps reported the car as sold to mazda I get emails all the time from mazda asking me how i enjoy my mazda speed 3 it was a real mess and the person was a real jerk and probably got fired. However they have done right service wise by me and now that we have a board member that works there im sure my 8 will see even better service.

Chrism good luck with your issue I will be very disappointed in Mazda as a company if they dont do the right thing.

That was my 1st brand new car purchase thats why i had that stupid grin on... a lil upset i wasted my time on the TC but it was fun while it lasted
