OK guys ... what do you think about a maryland meet for all 8s and 7s ... i mean i see alot of 8s around but we have never had a meet what's up with that .. anyway .. anybody from MD wants to tell me when and where would be good..

 

i will be in gaithesberg on 5/21.....at seneca for a meet....could hook up with some 8's then too

 

well there is already a meet set up for May 15th in columbia.. or you can come to Olney and do the scenic drive on the 1st

 

im only going down for the weekend.....ill be going down saturday morning and coming home sunday afternoon

we should meet in laurel...not too far up north like columbia for the bethesda/rockville/tyson's corner people. and not too far south for the people in columbia, baltimore, glen burnie.

 

i think he is on to something it is just that i don't know of any backroads around there see i was trying to get something together so that insted of standing around and doing nothing which is ok for like 30 mins we could drive around backroads and have FUN maybe go somewhere to eat. pic this about 10 to 15 RX8s driveing together that is just HOT.

Well, I'm partial to the western end of Montgomery and Frederick counties.
But, most of you seem to be near Baltimore.

Maybe it would be easier if I knew where everyone who is actually interested in this lived, so that I could plot the "epicenter" and work out from there.

Its an interesting thing - trying to settle between twisties that might get us all in a "touge" type situation versus some open 4-lanes (like I-40 west of Frederick) where we can get side-by-side and do some video fly-bys.

 

a combination of both would be nice. how 'bout we meet at some sort of park? socialize, take pictures, etc. and then go out for a cruise? anyone know of any parks between rockville and baltimore?

Good Idea we could do it . why not i can spend a day with you guys .. i wouldn't mind we just have to know 2 weeks ahead so we can take offf that day .. and hope for a sunny day. what do you guys think .. a little back roads and highway.?
