Maryland Crab Meet?
Crab season is approaching! I was driving home one saturday and happened to see about 15 Evo's all lined up on Kent Island near a local crab shack. Thought it was a pretty cool idea. If anyone is interested lets get together on the Eastern Shore of MD for a meet to a crab shack. Or even ride up to OC its about hour and half from KI to which ever seafood joint everyone agrees on. Would be awesome if we could get this planned for sometime in June. If sooner thats cool to. I know the annaul MD rotary show is on the 23rd so lets ignore that weekend 
as I should be there too. I'm pretty new to the rx8 club and just purchased my RX8 last saturday so I am looking to meet the local MD rotary heads and what better way than over some crabs. I dont know about you guys but i've been craving some since last fall!

right under the kent narrow's bridge is the Crab Deck....we're going there. why? cause i said so. i'll destroy crabs like i destroyed my motor.

did someone say crabs. there is but one thing i love more then sushi. maryland (georgia) steamed crabs.. mmmmmmmmmmmm. ill go. but i do have to say there is a place out here in the boone docks that has all you can eat for a very decent price. i know its not the eastern shore but they are damn tasty and always busy. which means they are damn good. damn i love crabs.. damn i love seafood.. damn i love food. ok i'm done time to go eat..... and P.S. dan you is a funny man

Dan, are you getting one of those CRAZY cheap motors from Mazmarts Full Moon Insanity Sale? If you need help putting it in when it shows up let me know. Need to get that blue beast back on the road.

I'm thinking 3rd weekend in June saturday or sunday afternoon? I believe all the family graduation parties and what not should be over by then. Let me know if that sounds like a good date/time. Any closer to July 4th the prices of crabs will jump like crazy.

Can't wait to set a date for this... Although it can't be the 3rd weekend, thats sushi date!! I don't know what people want to do but there are some sweet crab joints here in baltimore.... just an FYI

yea 3rd week in June was just something to throw out there. We can do 2nd weekend or even the last weekend in June. Lets try and decide on a date before the 5th so it gives every one time to mark on their calendars

Ummm... never did crabs... aren't they those little messy things you have to rip apart with your hands to get a tablespoon of meat? What have I been missing all these years? Fill me in, MDers
