I also agree. We want the visitors to all be comfertable..Not rushed..and enjoy the time here. I vote for getting enough people and everyone deciding on a hotel and me and Warcrunk can talk to that hotel and see if we can get a discount stay price for people who want to stay the night or two. So that way people can come down either Friday or Saturday and stay for Sat and Sun event. Just my thoughts.
Think about it..we'll all be talking..we'll all be installing crap..and we'll all be just hagning out and going to resturants afterwards. I'm sure NO ONE wants to drive home after, especially stay late on a Sunday, you know? So turning this into a two day and wrapping it up on Sunday makes perfect sense.

Honestly, we should get some RX8 forum vendors to come on out here too and look at our cars and all and get suggestions and discounts or whatever. Or hell, even a small booth or two in the corner of the driveway. Sounds good to me.

hahaha that would be cool, BUT from a vendor standpoint... i dont think the ROI would be worth a booth setup. I mean Scott will be there as well as Ray, so there are 2 prominant vendors here, Im sure they will be suggesting mods and giving other advice

Bring your Mazda buddy too. And no discount gas you freeloader... :P Discount on eye candy though. If hotties come..Which I hope. I don't want my girlfriend to be the only girl..

Well so far its only a few spring/shock installs which with the amount of people possibly coming shall be a non-issue. So having this be a two day event is not warrented. That and this is WarCrunks fathers shop, and is a business first and formost. He is most likely going to be losing out on some money from us pretty much taking over the garage area so just imposing our pressence for a additional day to me is unnessasary.
That and a hotel we arent that big yet and I know we arent. Hype is one thing reality is another. As it stands right now I'll have my house down in RI by the time this meets rolls around so I'll be able to put up Chris and Ray possibly (house is closing next week WooT!) along with whomeva else may be traveling up with Chris (klepto, Kel up for a trip? lol). With Vendors as it stands right now this is small fries and I dont feel like over extending myself for the first meet I'm planning. Right now as it stands I am due to alot of personal stuff (like buying a house) but this is my small minor escape if you will. If this meet turns out as well as I hope the next time we do it I'll aim for something bigger. To be very blunt the MA Rotarheads atleast the 8's are a picky bunch so I'm hoping this meet will get them out of the woodwork.
Lastly other car(s) Mazda or otherwise are definatly welcome. Already invited a Z owner.

^Anything that can be done in a hour to a few hours time really. No way we could do a complete Turbo install. Unless Ray is on Speed which wont happen.
