Well slight problem with the house due to Bank Of America. They had the house listed at first as a 2 family, but when the appraisal came in they realized "hey its a 3 family." now instead of 95% financing they can only do 80%. So unless our lawyer can finagle something we need to come up with 40k to get the house. Swear this is all messed up. Definatly going to another bank when I go to start up my business.

All I can say is if the worse happens, dont worry for those who where planning on staying at my place. I shall ensure something is worked out. So far its only Varney on Saturday (possible still I believe) and Ray on Sunday. If I'm wrong please post/PM me ASAP.

The car is almost done, except a couple parts got backordered. all the body work (there wasnt much) and measuing to make sure its straight has been done. All it needs is re assembly, Alignment and Paint, and shes done.

Well the lawyer we are dealing with is awsome and is confused by this latest foul up from Bank of America. He is hoping to do a Gift of Equity for us if the Appraised Value of the house is enough (and it is.. 258k). I just spent the last hour looking through my bank statements to find out when I took out money that they are questioning. Swear for a bank they are idiots. I handed them my statements for the past few months and they are questioning some deposits. Sadly all the money was either for my car or being held for either a friend or family and its all gone now.

If this "Gift of Equity" works out we are back on track.

Talked to Sean (WarCrunk) this evening and we'll be at his shop this Sunday around 10am to get some cleaning done. Anyone who wishs to help out is more than welcome.

Scheduled a Apointment for Monday at Gallery Mazda for the new lil Recall if you will. Swear I hope that RI has a decent Mazda Dealer nearbye, can't wait to get closer to a better dealer.
